Project Two. Beach House

This weatherboard beach home was originally painted all white giving it a bland outlay with no character. The decking and weatherboards were painted in the same colour range to bring an inviting and sweeping entrance into the porch area that separates the white veranda ceiling and post rail highlights. The veranda ceiling was finished in semi-gloss white to pick up reflections to lighten up the entrance. The front door was picked out in satin charcoal for an added bold feature.
